Agreement to Terms
Welcome to The Clarion Chronicle. By accessing or using our website, applications, or any of our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Intellectual Property Rights
All Content available through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of The Clarion Chronicle or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You acknowledge and agree that the Services and their Content are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. The "The Clarion Chronicle" name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are the trademarks or registered trademarks of The Clarion Chronicle. You are not granted any right or license to use any such trademarks.

The provisions relating to Intellectual Property Rights, Disclaimers of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution shall survive any termination.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Eldoria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Eldoria.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Eldorian Arbitration Rules in effect at the time of the commencement of the arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in Eldoria. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
Modifications to Terms
The Clarion Chronicle may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to access or use the Services after any such revisions, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of any changes.
